MM means fiber type, that is single mode (SM) or multi mode (MM)
DDD means package type, that is 50FC, 75FC, 80FC or T7. (1) 50FC: 35x35x102mm, inpidual driver with temp control. (2) 75FC: 49x42x140mm, inpidual driver with temp. control. (3) 80FC: 49x52x140mm, inpidual driver with temp. control. (4) T7: 49x42x140mm, laser head and driver assembled together with temp. control, 5VDC input required.
