Key Responsibilities:
Product specialisations: Lasers, Laser Systems, Laser Optics, Power Electronics, Galvanometers, Laser Instruments, Precision Optics, etc.
Engineering responsibilities: Assembly, testing, installation and servicing of laser systems, equipment, optical components, etc.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand customers’ requirements, translate them into technical specifications and propose technical solutions to the customer.
Maintain documentation of customer’s requirements and our proposed solutions.
Manage existing product catalogues and marketing materials by liaising with suppliers to ensure that contents are up-to-date.
Develop the product portfolio by constantly seeking new suppliers to meet customers' needs.
Technical troubleshooting during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Conduct training to staff for product updates, and conduct training to customers during system installation.
