Manually-adjustable Z-axis Stage

A plate with multi mount holes can be moved up and down by rotating a screw. There are 4 supports which are used to support the stage and also there are 4 wheels which are used to easily move the stage.

Regarding its application, a laser with marking head is placed on the plate and thus the laser and marking head can be moved up and down so that the laser can mark the workpieces with various heights.

Lab Jack

The lab jack utilizes a dual pantograph design. The adjustment mechanism uses a lead screw to close the angle between the opposing pairs of supporting struts. The top plate has an array of M6 tapped mounting holes on 25mm centers.
